Well, I would create an automated program which will generate such clicks for $20, but I wouldn’t bid on this project. The second detail which makes me smile is that number of visitors. As you might know, it’s not a problem to get such traffic with high competitve keywords only in case your site has top rankings for these phrases. I’m asking „Would you work as SEO for an undiscovered site with minimum of traffic?“ I wouldn’t. There are a few basic reasons. At first, it could take 1 year until you get really good positions for very competitve phrases. Secondly, $20 is not worth it.

As you can see, there isn’t any URL in the project description. So how can you get an idea what kind of people you will be focusing on? Is that webmaster looking for visitors only?
